These terms are a binding agreement between you and Bee Labs ("we", "us", "our"), the parent company that owns and operates Capichino. Capichino is a product of Bee Labs; every protection in these terms for us also applies to Bee Labs, its affiliates, owners, directors and employees. By creating an account, ticking the agreement box, or using the site in any way, you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, don't use Capichino.
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and does not need a physical or digital signature. It is published in line with Rule 3(1) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
In short: you are fully and solely responsible for what you post and do on Capichino. We are a free hosting platform, not the publisher of your content.

We may update these terms at any time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and announce important changes on the site. If you keep using Capichino after that, you accept the updated terms.
